At Klassiek, we provide our loyal customers with a broad assortment of ever-changing inventory.

We are a family-owned business and we are happy to assist you in finding the right item at the right price.

REFUND POLICY

All items are vintage pieces and are sold 'voetstoots',

which means 'as is', with all faults, without any warranty or guarantee.

If you are not happy with the product that you purchased,

please get in touch with us to discuss the possibility of a return.

The decision to approve or deny a return will be solely at the discretion of Klassiek. 

The return cost is for the account of the client.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused.

We will also need proof of purchase.

We do not cater for returns that form part of the 'general right of return'.

The 'general right of return of second-hand goods' is also not catered for.

 

Should the return be accepted, the payment will be processed via the Payment Gateway that was used for the order. Alternatively, an EFT payment into your account of choice can be made

(should the refund not be processed via our preferred Payment Gateway suppliers)

Your refund will attract a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

DISCLAIMER

Please note that most of Klassiek's items are vintage pieces,

so signs of their vintage/antique age and condition are to be expected.

However, we do not use "Photoshop" or similar image editing programmes on our stock photographs,

and we always do our best to accurately represent stock, including their age related wear.

Please note all items are available for viewing before purchase, to see their true condition.

Please contact us to arrange a viewing in person or via video call, if you would like to assess condition before purchase.

 

Klassiek takes no responsibility for damage to furniture shipped by third-party shipping companies,

even while Klassiek will take the utmost care with packaging. 

Klassiek shall not be liable for delays in service delivery, due to unforseen events,

including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, or natural disasters,

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, EFT, or specific gateways like Payflex and Yoco.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers compliant with PCI DSS standards.

We do not store your full payment details.

Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

Klassiek Vintage Furniture & Decor reserves the right to correct, update, or revoke any pricing, descriptions, images

or information errors on our website and cannot be held responsible for such inaccuracies.

Incorrect prices or out-of-stock items can be refunded via the original payment method,

or a similar alternative will be offered where possible, at the discretion of Klassiek.

To the extent permitted by law, Klassiek shall not be liable for any indirect,

consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products or services.

You indemnify Klassiek against any claims arising from your misuse of items or breach of these T&Cs.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of the Klassiek Vintage Furniture & Decor website,

purchases, and interactions with us.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs,

as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These T&Cs are governed by South African law.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation

before referral to the courts of South Africa, with jurisdiction in Cape Town.

We may amend these T&Cs at any time by posting updates on our website; continued use constitutes acceptance.
